Grand Lotto jackpot remains elusive, now at P633.9M

The jackpot prize in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office's Grand Lotto draw, once again, eluded bettors Wednesday night, even as it continues to climb beyond the half-a-billion-peso mark. Radio dwIZ reported Thursday no one got the lucky combination 04-41-40-55-42-45 that would have netted a whopping P633,911,065.20 - the biggest in the country's state lottery history. With no one getting the jackpot, the amount is expected to continue growing bigger, with the next draw this coming Saturday. Filipinos who lined up for lotto tickets up to Wednesday night are also expected to line up again for their tickets for Saturday's draw. Meanwhile, the "Games Result" section of the PCSO's website (www.pcso.gov.ph) has yet to return online.
