Phivolcs: Magnitude-5.8 quake rocks Mindanao

A magnitude-5.8 quake rocked parts of Mindanao Wednesday afternoon, with state seismologists warning of possible aftershocks. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the quake was recorded at 2:47 p.m. with the epicenter 86 km east of Mati, Davao Oriental.
