Landslide triggers closure of service road at C-5/Kalayaan area

A landslide has caused the closure of the northbound service road at the C-5/Kalayaan area Wednesday noon, the Metro Manila Development Authority said. Jude Trinidad of the MMDA Metro Base told GMANews.TV in a phone interview that the landslide happened shortly before noon, but did not affect traffic flow in the area because it occurred only on the service road. Trinidad said no one was hurt in the incident, but the service road is fully closed to traffic.
