PHL deports American wanted for incest

The Philippine Immigration bureau has deported an American wanted by federal authorities in Tennessee for allegedly committing incest. Earl Raymond Hansen, 62, was deported to the United States on December 8 via a Philippine Airlines flight to Los Angeles, according to Immigration officer-in-charge Ronaldo Ledesma. Ledesma said the US Statement canceled Hansen's passport, making him an undocumented alien in the Philippines. “[Hansen] cannot return to the Philippines because he is now in our blacklist of undesirable aliens," Ledesma said. Hansen was arrested on December 3 in a rented apartment in Gingoog City in Misamis Oriental by Bureau of Immigration-Interpol operatives. The operatives had a deportation warrant signed by Ledesma, who ordered Hansen’s arrest following a summary deportation order issued by the BI board of commissioners. BI-Interpol deputy chief for operations Jerome Gabionza said the Clay County Circuit Court in Celina, Tennessee, issued an arrest warrant for Hansen for the crime of incest. The US Embassy did not provide details about the victim and other circumstances of Hansen’s crime. - JA/KBK, GMANews.TV
