Report: 10 hurt in QC smashup


At least 10 people were reported injured in a five-vehicle smashup in Quezon City before noon Friday. The incident involving two taxis, two sport-utility vehicles and a motorcycle occurred in the Tandang Sora district, radio dzXL reported. The vehicles involved included a Mitsubishi Adventure and a Toyota Fortuner, the report said. The injured were rushed to the East Avenue Medical Center for treatment. According to the report, two of the injured were in critical condition. They were identified as two-year-old Shiela Mae Gaselos and John Dave Gaselos. Police are still looking into what caused the incident.—JV, GMANews.TV
