'Sex scandal' threatens Cebu Palace of Justice

A sex scandal threatens to rock the Palace of Justice in Cebu province, after two used condoms were found at the back of its building this week. Radio dzBB's Cebu affiliate reported Thursday that Cebu City Executive Judge Meinrado Paredes ordered a full investigation into the matter. The report said Paredes gave the Palace of Justice's security unit three days to look into the incident. According to the report, a sketchy information on the matter showed a janitor found the used condoms in the compound at the back of the justice building, a few months after rumors that a used condom clogged the drainage system of a comfort room inside the palace. — LBG/RSJ, GMANews.TV
