At least four fishermen were reported missing after their fishing boat capsized due to big waves off Bicol, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said Tuesday night. In its 6 p.m. report, the NDRRMC said the four were passengers of the fishing boat "Daner," which capsized off Canomay village in Claveria town in Masbate Monday. Water levels in Agusan River in Butuan City also rose, while classes and visual flight rules (VFR) were suspended in Butuan City. Pilots have to follow instrument flight rules (IFR) instead.
