Pilipinas Shell to raise fuel prices Tuesday

Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. is raising its pump prices by P0.50 per liter for premium gasoline starting March 15, the company said in a text message to media organizations Monday. It is also raising by P0.30 per liter its kerosene prices and by P0.60 per liter its regular gasoline to reflect the movement in world crude prices. In its media advisory, Pilipinas Shell said that in response to the Energy Department’s call to help the impact of higher oil prices, it will give a P0.50 per liter discount for public transportation starting Tuesday. — VS, GMA News
