Japanese Embassy to open book of condolences starting March 18


The Japanese Embassy in Manila will open starting on Friday, March 18, its Book of Condolences for those who wish to express sympathies to victims of the March 11 quake and tsunami. In an announcement, the Japanese Embassy said the Book of Condolences will be open Friday, Sunday, and Monday. On Friday, the Book of Condolences will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Japan Information and Cultural Center (JICC) Hall. On March 20 (Sunday), it will be open from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. On March 21 (Monday), it will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The embassy is located at 2627 Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City (1300).
