Cyberpress mounts benefit gig for stricken member

The IT Journalists Association of the Philippines Inc., also known as Cyberpress, is staging a benefit concert this Wednesday, March 23, to raise funds for tech journalist Relly Carpio who had a stroke last March 12. The concert will start at 6:00 PM at the new Merk’s Place in Pasay Road, Makati City. Carpio, managing editor of gaming site Playground.ph and current membership committee head of the Cyberpress, is still confined at the ICU of the Makati Medical Center. He is the husband of Alma Anonas-Carpio, associate editor of Philippines Free Press. Tickets costs P2,000 each, which already includes a meal and one free drink.
