Report: 7 hurt in 6-vehicle collision in Parañaque


At least seven people were hospitalized following a smash-up of six vehicles in Parañaque City on Wednesday afternoon. The seven, who were rushed to the Medical Center Parañaque, blamed two speeding passenger buses for the incident, radio dzBB's Benjie Liwanag Jr. reported. Despite sustaining minor injuries, the seven were declared clinically stable as of 8 p.m., according to the report. As of this posting, the injured individuals are still under observation. Of the seven, five were initially identified as Mark Galas, Rey Altere, Visitacion Maiso, Charize Barcelona, and Sonny Tan. The smash-up occurred at the Nichols Exit area in Parañaque City at about 4:30 p.m., the report said. Among the vehicles damaged in the incident were a Honda Accord-type sedan, a BMW sedan, a sport-utility vehicle, and a van. — JE, GMA News
