Transsexual Pinoy in UAE pleads guilty to posting lewd Facebook pics

A transsexual Filipino waiter admitted before a court in the United Arab Emirates last Sunday that he had enlarged his breasts and posted his photos on social networking site Facebook to attract men to have sex with him. The waiter pleaded guilty to cross-dressing and offering sexual services for Dh1,000 (P11,765) a night, the news site Gulf News reported on Monday. “Yes, I am guilty as charged," he said before the Dubai Court of First Instance on Sunday, the Gulf News report said. Judge Al Saeed Mohammad Barghout will pass a verdict on April 24. The prosecutors charged the waiter, 30, of cross-dressing. An undercover policeman arrested the waiter for posing as a prostitute during a sting operation. According to prosecutors, the waiter worked as a male prostitute, misused the Internet by posting indecent photos of himself so he could entice men to have sex with him. He was also charged with cross-dressing. For his part, an Emirati policeman testified that an informant alerted them, and police arranged an appointment between the waiter and the informant. “The informant met (the waiter) in a hotel in Naif. Police raided the hotel's lobby and arrested the defendant while he was going up to the room for the purpose of the deal. He took out from a women's purse the money which he collected from the informant. The suspect looked like a woman..." the policeman claimed. An Iranian policeman testified that the accused had posed as a prostitute at nightclubs as well. A Dubai Police forensic doctor, who examined the accused, reported that the waiter is male but has enlarged his breasts using special injections. Prosecution records showed, however, that the accused had not had recent intercourse when he was detained.
