Diesel prices down, gasoline prices up


Two oil firms on Monday announced that they will roll back the prices of their diesel and kerosene products but increase the price of their gasoline. Shell Philippines, one of the three big oil companies in the country, said it will roll back on diesel and kerosene products by P0.40 per liter and increase the price of regular gasoline by P 0.25 per liter to its dealers starting 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, April 26. Eastern Petroleum, meanwhile, will also reduce the price of its diesel products by P0.25 per liter while the prices of its gasoline products will be increased by P0.35 per liter starting 6 a.m. Tuesday, April 26. Both changes were done is to reflect changes in the price of international prices in the last two weeks. - KBK, GMA News
