Catherine "Kate" Middleton, a so-called commoner, is currently the world's most talked-about fiancée, as she is about to wed Prince William, second in line to the throne of the British Monarchy. GMA News Online has put together a House of Windsor Royal Family Tree to show Prince William's royal lineage and the clan that Kate, or the future Princess Catherine, is about to join. Among the more famous members of the House of Windsor are Prince Charles, Heir Apparent and father of Prince William; the late Diana, Princess of Wales, who was Prince William's mother; and Sarah Ferguson, Prince Andrew's ex-wife who was often seen in the company of other men while still married to the prince. She was not invited to the wedding. — HS, GMA News
