Tourism chief’s cousin detained for alleged drug possession

A cousin of Tourism Secretary Alberto Lim was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on Wednesday for the alleged possession of illegal drugs. The suspect, Enrico Del Rosario Aldaba, was set to depart for Puerto Princesa, Palawan when he took out and swallowed a sachet of shabu upon reaching the airport security screening area.

Secretary Lim admitted that he went to the police station but denied doing anything to help his cousin.
