Cops hold youth after pillbox explosion in Quezon City

Police in Quezon City took into custody a youth for allegedly throwing a pillbox near a busy road and startling motorists. The police said they are questioning the youth, but withheld the youth's identity, radio dzBB's Manny Vargas reported. Sketchy initial details of the incident indicated the pillbox was thrown at an area along E. Rodriguez Avenue in Barangay Damayang Lagi.
