4 killed after truck slams into store in Bataan

At least four persons were killed after a truck smashed into a store in Dinalupihan town in Bataan province Friday night, according to a report on GMA News TV. The fatalities were identified as Merlina and Jason Miranda, Estela Mallari, and Michael Isip. The report said the truck went out of control after a passenger bus overtook it. The incident happened when the victims were chatting outside the store in the middle of heavy rain, according to the report. The bus driver, who is now under the custody of authorities, apologized to families of the fatalities. He was not immediately identified in the report.
