Vehicular accident snarls traffic on EDSA-Kamuning

A vehicular accident between a van and a sport utility vehicle caused a traffic jam along the EDSA-Kamuning intersection Saturday morning, according to a report on GMA News’ “24 Oras." The report said the SUV hit the rear of the van, causing the latter to upend, on the southbound lane of EDSA. The three passengers of the van were injured.
“Tumatakbo po kami. Eh, bigla kaming sinalpok sa puwet (We were running. Then we were rear-ended)," said the driver of the van, Mario Soriano. The other vehicle reportedly fled the scene. Eyewitnesses failed to record the plate number of the SUV. — Aya Yuson/JE, GMA News
