Report: Bus driver shot by passenger in Malabon

A driver was shot in the head by one of his passengers as the bus he was driving passed through Malabon City early on Thursday. The driver sustained at least two gunshot wounds to the head, according to a report by radio dzBB's Allan Gatus. The police are looking for the gunman, who fled after the incident. Sketchy initial reports indicated that the incident occurred while the bus driven by the victim passed near the Malabon Zoo in Potrero village. The bus was plying the Pacita Complex-EDSA-Navotas route, the report said. Witnesses said the gunman, who was seated behind the driver, suddenly stood up and fired at the victim.
