157 troubled OFWs from Jeddah arriving Tuesday

At least 157 distressed Filipinos from Saudi Arabia are due to arrive home this Tuesday, in time for the observance of the Migrant Workers' Day. The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration said the 157 will be sheltered at its facility in Pasay City temporarily, radio dzBB's Allan Gatus reported. OWWA Administrator Carmelita Dimzon said her agency will help the repatriated Filipinos get home once they are debriefed. The distressed Filipinos are due to arrive at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The expected arrival also coincides with the first National Congress of OFWs and Families on June 7, the report said. — LBG, GMA News
