iGMA: Dragon Ball is back on GMA 7

Making weekend mornings action-packed for kids and kids at heart, GMA-7 begins airing Dragon Ball and Master Hamsters this Saturday, June 11. Dragon Ball has been a classic animé favorite of Filipino kids and adults. They love the jolly and kindhearted lead character, Goku, who trains hard to be a good martial arts fighter. Eventually, he learns about seven mystical dragon balls that, once gathered, can summon a dragon who grants wishes.

Since then, Goku has taken on a mission and adventure to look for the dragon balls and to protect the planet from evil forces who wish to summon the dragon. Go back to Goku's childhood where everything began! See how an easygoing boy transforms into a driven and courageous fighter every time the world is put in jeopardy! Meanwhile, GMA also introduces an animé that may initially seem all cutesy but is actually cool and thrilling. Master Hamsters tells of hamsters that are more than just pets; they possess a Master badge, some special skills and the ability to talk. When bad hamsters called Joyster Hamsters victimize humans, Master Hamsters transform from their cute, normal state in order to end the trouble. Once the problem is solved, they go back to being normal hamsters and hide their special skills that only their masters know of. Meet the Master Hamsters composed of: Gaudi the Carpenter Master, Sylvie the Pastry Master, Alec the Fireman Master, Jeane the Doctor Master, Steve the Driver Master and The Boss named Motojime!
