Preparations for PNoy's 2nd SONA in full swing

Malacañang has started putting together the accomplishments of the administration for President Benigno Aquino III’s second State of the Nation Address next month. At a press briefing Thursday, Communications Secretary Ricky Carandang said all key agencies have already submitted their respective reports and that the template for the draft speech has already been produced. “There is going to be meeting in the next few days to try to put together the templates and to go over the accomplishment reports. As we said about a month ago, the work on the SONA speech has begun," he said. Carandang also said the expected demonstrations and protests during the delivery of the SONA do not reflect the sentiments of the public. “Normally naman meron.
