PVF president Gener Dungo said that the team is composed mostly of young players. "We are preparing for the future." But Dungo also said that the line-up is still subject to change as he hopes to recruit more players specifically Filipino-foreigners. Dungo said that they will scout for Fil-foreign players in the United States after the women's team's stint in the 2011 Asian Women's Club Championship on June 19 to 25 in Vietnam. "We will only select the best players in terms of performance," said Dungo. "We are glad that we discovered new talent because of the recent Philippine National Games." The Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) is still evaluating the composition of Team Philippines in the SEA Games to be held in Palembang province and in Jakarta. "I'm expecting the players will give their best in SEA Games. This is the first step of regaining our volleyball supremacy in the Southeast Asian region," said Dungo. – Reuben Terrado, JVP, GMA News
