Two more Cebu Pacific flights canceled

Air carrier Cebu Pacific on Friday said at least two more of their flights were cancelled on Friday due to bad weather conditions brought by tropical storm "Falcon" (international code name Meari). In an announcement on its Facebook account, the airline said the canceled flights were 5J-513 and 514, Manila to San Jose (Mindoro) and back. "Affected passengers will be accommodated on the next available flights. You may also rebook within 30 days of cancellation or Travel Funds without penalties," it said. Earlier on Friday, Cebu Pacific canceled several flights due to bad weather conditions, along with Philippine Airlines, Air Philippines and Zest Air. Cebu Pacific said the cancellation of flights is beyond its control. "We always place top priority in your safety; thank you for your understanding as it is beyond the airline's control," it said. - VVP, GMA News
