Pinoy seaman charged with molestation in Singapore

A Filipino seaman was charged with molesting a 19-year-old girl at an Orchard Road underpass in Singapore, according to a report. Maghanoy Abuton Victoriano II, 24, is accused of grabbing the breast of the woman last April 24, The Straits Times reported. If convicted, he faces a jail term of up to two years, fine, caning, or combination of such punishments, the report said.
