NDRRMC: 4 hurt in Bukidnon landslide
At least four people were reported hurt in a landslide that hit a village in Kitaotao town in Bukidnon over the weekend. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said the four injured were from two families affected by the landslide. In its report Sunday night, it said the incident occurred at 9 p.m. Saturday, following continuous heavy rains at Sitio Miralang in Rawari village in Kitaotao. As of 3:50 p.m. Sunday, the Kitaotao-Davao National Highway was passable to light vehicles only. While the four injured were brought to the provincial hospital of Kibawi town in Bukidnon, the two affected families were temporarily sheltered at the house of the town mayor.
