MMDA lifts Wednesday's vehicle number coding due to ‘Juaning’

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has lifted the number coding scheme for Wednesday, July 27, due to inclement weather brought by Tropical Storm Juaning, the agency said on its Twitter account. Metro Manila and several other areas remain under Signal No. 2 as of 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
