Classes suspended in NCR due to heavy rain, flooding


UPDATED 10:00 a.m. - Classes in Metro Manila from preschool to high school in private and public schools were suspended early Tuesday due to heavy rain since Monday night. Some areas in Quezon City were reporting knee-high flooding, as a growing number of colleges and universities were suspending classes.
