Pinay, Pakistani get 1-year jail term for having sex at beach

A Filipina maid and a Pakistani accountant were sentenced to a year in jail for having consensual sex at a public beach in the United Arab Emirates. The Dubai Misdemeanor Court on Tuesday convicted the 25-year-old Pakistani accountant and his 26-year-old Filipina girlfriend, who became pregnant, for committing the indecent act at the Jumeirah Beach. Court records showed the two met in a disco and had sex three times at the beach, Gulf News said. The pair confessed to the charges in court, the report said. This prompted Presiding Judge Mohammad Ahmad Shoaib to order the two deported following the completion of their jail terms. The Filipina recounted: “One of my countrymen took me out one evening to the disco to dance and have fun. I met the Pakistani accountant and we became friends. Later our friendship developed into a love affair." “He took me out to Jumeirah open beach. I swam with him for a while before we had consensual sex. We had unprotected intercourse.
