Firefighters placed the fire under control at 4:36 a.m. after it reached the fourth alarm at 3:55 a.m., according to a tweet by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority. No one was initially reported injured in the blaze along Katuparan Street in Commonwealth village, the report added. Affected residents were to be brought to the village's covered court, the report said.
