‘Peace and Prosperity Roads’ eyed to end Samar insurgency

As part of the government’s efforts to end insurgency, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will start soon the construction of “Peace and Prosperity Roads" in Samar. The DPWH said its Northern Samar 1st District Engineering Office has already conducted preliminary surveys in the areas where the “Peace and Prosperity Roads" will be built.
