PSE releases list of firms that failed to submit quarterly reports

Eight listed companies, whose trading of shares are suspended, have yet to submit their latest quarterly reports, the Philippine Stock Exchange on Wednesday said. In a statement posted at its website, the PSE said that as of August 23, 2011, Gotesco Land Inc., Marsteel Consolidated Inc., Metro Alliance Holdings & Equities Corp., NextStage Inc., Philippine National Construction Corp., PICOP Resources Inc., Primetown Property Group Inc., and Uniwide Holdings Inc. have yet to comply with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange. "The trading of the shares of the companies remains suspended until further notice, The Exchange will inform the Trading Participants and the investing public of further developments on the matter," the PSE added. -- CMA/OMG, GMA News
