As this developed, the NDRRMC reported flooding in Isabela and Moises Padilla town in Negros Occidental at 8 p.m. Wednesday due to continuous rain. It said the Negros Occidental floods affected 105 families or 411 people, including 64 families or 197 people in Isabela and 41 families or 214 people in Moises Padilla.
