For more FTW videos, visit GMANews.TV FTW Thirty-four of the 36 rookie hopefuls were declared eligible for Sunday's 2011 PBA Annual Draft set at the Robinsons Place in Manila. Foreign-bred Raymond Christopher Montaniel and Christopher Pestano were the only ones deleted from the original 36 applicants who applied for the Rookie Draft. The Commissioner's Office discovered that Montaniel and Pestano's papers were incomplete before Friday's deadline. Both players referred to their place of birth as Toronto, Canada. Montaniel, 28, is a 6-foot guard out of York University who suited up for Laguna in Liga Pilipinas, while Pestano, 26, is one of the few legitimate centers who applied for the Draft at 6-foot-5 and saw action for Cossack and Fern-C in the defunct Philippine Basketball League (PBL). The rest of the 34 were all deemed qualified for the Draft, including the top two prospects in national team player JV Casio and high-scoring guard Paul Lee. Powerade owns this year's top overall pick and gets another turn at No. 4. Barako Bull (formerly Air21) is the other team that owns two first round picks, No. 3 and 10. Rain or Shine owns the second pick. ShopPinas (5th, Alaska (6th), Talk 'N Text (7th), Petron (8th) and Ginebra (9th) completes the first round. - JVP, GMA News
