Google hires Google+ 'hacker'

An Austrian blogger-developer who managed to discover unreleased features of Google's upcoming social network Google+ has earned a job with the search giant. Florian Rohrweck hinted in his blog that Google has hired him to work on Google products and application programming interfaces (APIs). "I will post new articles again. Not so much about leaks but more about the dark arts of mastering Google products and APIs. Or something else. Time will tell!" he said. A separate report on The Hacker News said Rohrweck had discovered new Google+ features by "exploring" the source code. The Hacker News said that during the time Rohrweck analyzed the code behind Google's Web apps, he found pre-launch evidence of features like Google+ Games. It added the news of the hiring came days after another tech giant, Apple Inc., hired iPhone jailbreak hacker "Comex" to work for it. — TJD, GMA News
