Another hack? Vice President's website 'invaded' by game offers

Is it another hack? For several hours early Thursday, visitors to the Office of the Vice President website were surprised to see the contents of the site replaced by a catalog of playable online games. Instead of the usual contents of the OVP site, visitors would see a page with "featured" and "most played" games from AmigoGames.com.

There was no indication of any group claiming to attack the site, or that the visitors were being redirected to a third-party site. In past months, the OVP website had been the target of several hacking attacks, including those by the PrivateX hacker group. PrivateX had pointed out "weaknesses" in the site's security. The past hack attacks would involve defacement of the site, with the contents being altered or with visitors being redirected to a different site. — LBG, GMA News
