Senator's son hurt in Quezon City road accident

A son of Sen. Teofisto Guingona III was reported injured after figuring in a predawn road accident in Quezon City Friday. Peter Norman Guingona, 18, was rushed to the Quirino Memorial Medical Center after suffering scratches in the knee, radio dzBB reported.
The report cited sketchy details from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority that the incident occurred before 2 a.m. near the Katipunan Flyover. On the other hand, dzBB quoted taxi driver Charlie Pascual as saying he saw the young Guingona's vehicle speed and swerve before hitting a post near the flyover.
