LTFRB: List of deadliest buses not 'blacklist'

UPDATED 6:00 p.m. - The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Friday said its list of "top 10 deadliest buses" in Metro Manila was not a blacklist of untrustworthy bus companies. In an interview over radio dzBB on Friday, LTFRB Chairman Jaime Jacob said not all the bus accidents cited on the list was caused by bus drivers. "Hindi namin sinabi ito ang most dangerous bus firms yung sa list. Ang Sabi namin, most number of accidents na kinasangkutan.
