2 suspected salvage victims found in Manila

Police are now investigating the death of two men suspected to be victims of a summary execution, whose bodies were found in Manila before dawn Thursday. The bodies were found along Retiro Street in Manila's downtown area, according to a report by radio dzBB's Roland Bola. An initial investigation showed both victims bore signs of torture, including strangulation marks in the neck. One of the victims had his feet tied.
