2 suspected salvage victims found in Manila


Police are now investigating the death of two men suspected to be victims of a summary execution, whose bodies were found in Manila before dawn Thursday. The bodies were found along Retiro Street in Manila's downtown area, according to a report by radio dzBB's Roland Bola. An initial investigation showed both victims bore signs of torture, including strangulation marks in the neck. One of the victims had his feet tied. He was clad in a shirt and cargo pants, the report said. The second victim was wearing a polo shirt and denim shorts, the report added. — LBG, GMA News
