NDRRMC: 1 killed, 4 hurt in Laguna rockslide

A four-year-old boy was killed while four people were injured in a rockslide that hit three houses in San Pedro in Laguna province Friday afternoon. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said the incident occurred at 2:30 p.m. Friday in San Antonio village. Killed was Rommel Gonzalez, 4; while injured were Dang Navarro; Loloy Navarro, 9; Nonoy Navarro, 11; and Totoy Guevarra, 3. A separate report on dzBB radio early Saturday said the houses of the victims were near a quarry site.
