PHL education fair in Hong Kong Oct. 22

To showcase the Philippines as a good venue for quality college education, Filipinos in Hong Kong are organizing the first Philippine Education Fair (PEF) there in October. Dubbed edu@ph, the PEF be held on October 22 at the Auditorium of the Boysâ€™ and Girlsâ€™ Clubs Association at 3 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai. In a news release, the Philippine Consulate General said eight Philippine universities have signified their attendance:

Arellano University

Assumption College

Ateneo de Manila University

De La Salle University

Miriam College

St. Scholasticaâ€™s College

University of Asia and the Pacific

University of the Philippines Los BaÃ±os. "The PEF showcases the Philippines as a viable venue in the pursuit of quality tertiary education," the Philippine Consulate General said. It said the organizers of the PEF include the University of the Philippines Alumni Associationâ€“Hong Kong and the Philippine Consulate General. - VVP, GMA News
