Facebook power users moving to Google+, Twitter?

Power users of social networking site Facebook are moving to micro-blogging site Twitter oe Google's Google+, former Facebook president Sean Parker claimed. Speaking at the Web 2.0 Summit, Parker said Facebook's problem is not privacy, but that some of its most active users are leaving for other services. “The threat to Facebook is that power users have gone to Twitter or Google+," Parker said, according to tech site Mashable. He pointed out power users are leaving because Facebook is not giving them enough ways to manage a glut of information. On the other hand, Parker defended the decision of the Spotify music service, where he is an investor, to integrate with Facebook. Spotify requires users to sign up with a Facebook account. “It gives Spotify access to Facebook’s roughly 800 million users," he said in an interview with Federated Media’s John Battelle. — TJD, GMA News
