Siri now works with 'Remember the Milk' task manager

Siri, the iPhone 4S' personal assistant, expanded her versatility after developers of a popular task management service integrated her into their product. Tech site Mashable reported the team behind the "Remember the Milk" service had integrated Siri into the app's calendar. "The process of adding a new task requires no additional steps — simply tell Siri to remind you of something, and that task will be automatically created in 'Remember the Milk' as well," it said. But a user will need to have an account with "Remember the Milk" and go through a short setup process before enjoying the benefits. Siri is one of the most intriguing features of the iPhone 4S, which was launched shortly after the death of Apple's co-founder and former CEO Steve Jobs. Mashable noted the latest integration is another sign that Siri "might revolutionize the way we interact with our phones." "Sure, voice commands and tasks existed before Siri — even on the iPhone — but thanks to Apple’s enormous reach and influence, as well as some of Siri’s advanced and fun features, we’re seeing a lot of buzz around Apple’s take on speech recognition and artificial intelligence," it said. — TJD, GMA News
