Bangladeshi faces court for molesting Pinay in UAE

A Bangladeshi television technician faced a court in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) this week over accusations that he molested a married Filipina in her house last August. According to a report on UAE news site Khaleej Times, the Bangladeshi had been accused of hugging the woman from behind and groping her against her will. The incident allegedly occurred in the house of the 29-year-old Filipina housewife in Al Qusais, where the technician was called in to install a television set. The Filipina claimed that while she was trying out the TV, the Bangladeshi took her by surprise as he came from behind and groped and fondled her. Shocked, the Filipina yelled at him and pushed him out of the house. Gulf News said this scared the Bangladeshi and asked the victim to forgive him. The woman lodged a complaint at Al Qusais police station after the incident. - VVP, GMA News
