NDRRMC: Landslide kills 2 in Negros Oriental

At least two people were killed while one was injured in a landslide in Pamplona town in Negros Oriental Thursday afternoon. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said the incident occurred at 4:45 p.m. in Calicanan village in Pamplona town. "Said incident was due to a quarrying activity in the area," it said. It did not immediately identify the fatalities and the injured person.
