Hillary Clinton to visit PHL next month

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is set to visit the Philippines next month for a bilateral meeting, Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario said Wednesday. In an interview with Malacañang reporters, Del Rosario said Clinton will be in the country on November 15 and will meet with President Benigno Aquino III. Del Rosario said the meeting “will be in terms of bilateral and multilateral issues. We are looking for a discussion on many areas of cooperation." He said Clinton will be coming from the Asia Pacific Economic Conference (APEC) meeting to be held in Hawaii. After the Philippines, Clinton will then proceed to Bali, Indonesia to attend the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) meeting.
