DFA consular affairs office closed Oct. 31, Nov. 1

The Department of Foreign Affairs' Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) will be closed on October 31 and November 1, All Saints' Day. In an announcement on its website, the DFA said, "Regular working schedule at the DFA-OCA will resume on November 2 [All Souls' Day]." All Saints’ Day, is a nonworking day by virtue of Proclamation No. 84; while October 31 was declared a nonworking day under Proclamation No. 265. - VVP, GMA News
