Avoid four rally sites, embassy advises Pinoys in Bahrain

Filipinos in Bahrain were advised to avoid four areas where rallies, including a vehicular demonstration, were scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday. The Philippine Embassy issued Advisory Letter 44 warning Filipinos that clashes in these areas may become violent. "Kindly avoid these areas as clashes between protesters and security forces may erupt anytime and turn violent," Minister and Consul General Sahid Glang said in Advisory Letter 44.
