800 Pinoys join 'embassy on wheels' outreach in Saudi Arabia

Some 800 Filipinos in Jubail in Saudi Arabia availed of services from the Philippine Embassy's "Embassy on Wheels" consular outreach program there from September 14 to 16. The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh said the consular services were held at the Global Tamimi Camp 2 in Jubail. "The Consular team served around 800 Filipinos, bringing the electronic passport (ePassport) to another Saudi city which is almost 480 kilometers from Riyadh," the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said. Philippine Ambassador-designate Ezzedin Tago thanked the community leaders and volunteers in Jubail who helped the Consular team. Led by Consul Mohd.
