GMA Pinoy TV: Pinoys in Canada greet Pacquiao through YouScoop

The Filipino Community in Canada expressed their support for the “number one pound-for pound boxer" Manny “Pacman" Pacquiao as his third fight with Juan Manuel Marquez on November 12 draws near. Filipinos based in the City of Toronto sent their well-wishes to Pacquiao through GMA’s international channels. GMA Pinoy TV is inviting Pacman’s fans to send their 30-second video cheer for him through YouScoop. Fans may upload their videos to www.youscoop.tv or www.youtube.com. They may also send twitpics and twitvids to @gmanews on Twitter. Pacquiao was given the nickname “Mexicutioner" because of his numerous victories against Mexican boxers. The 32-year-old Sarangani representative will face Marquez for the third time on Nov. 12 (Nov. 13 in the Philippines), after their fights resulted in a draw and a win for Pacquiao in 2004 and 2008, respectively. Thirty eight-year-old Marquez carries eight world titles in three different boxing weight divisions. Meanwhile, Pacquiao is considered the “number one pound-for-pound boxer" in the world by most sporting news and boxing websites. He is an eight-division champion with 10 world titles. - VVP, GMA News
